Michael has been renovating and operating apartments in Louisville for over a decade. Hands-on in all aspects of the business, he holds an MBA from Mississippi State and is a credentialed actuary.

William Osborne

Partner & Operations

William joined after earning his master’s from the University of Kentucky. He runs day-to-day operations and keeps every property in tip-top condition. You’ll often find him out in Old Louisville.
